1st Billingshurst headquarters to close again
Following the completion of the toilets in September, we're now almost ready to start the next phase of the building work.
This will involve fitting a new ceiling and sound reducing tiles to the roof in the main hall. It will then get new lights and heating. At the same time, the cupboards at the end of the hall by the flag will be re-lined, get new shelving and, after a year without them, new doors.

There will be some disruption to our meetings while this work takes place and the Group Executive Committee is working to keep everybody informed of the dates when the closure is required. At the end of this work, which passed the 1 year anniversary of the initial hall closure on Remembrance Sunday, we should have a finished hall. The final fundraising push will then be to replace equipment that was destroyed in the clear-out.
